KidClot Educates!
The KidClot program is dedicated to delivery excellence in health care for infants, children, and their families who are with, or at risk for blood clots by:
- Empowering children, adolescents and their families to actively participate in their health management, specifically related to anticoagulation to Improve health-related-quality-of-life and long-term outcomes for patients
- Educating health professionals for today and the future
- Advancing knowledge through innovative research
It is with great pleasure that we announce the launch of or new website and initiative. Our goal is to provide a much more interactive approach in educating patients using eKITE learning modules and assessments to ensure patients understand the information being presented.
